When a .spin file is imported or a link is opened, any transistors in the file do not retain their orientation set by the part properties tool. This breaks many circuits upon loading, some worse than others.
Steps to reproduce:

Create a circuit in the simulator with a transistor that has been swapped by the part property tool.

Either save the file, or copy the link to the schematic.

Load the saved file or follow the link, depending on the method of saving in step 2.
Expected results: the circuit behaves as it did when it was saved.
Observed results: the transistors have reverted back to their default orientation, causing the circuit to malfunction.
