I’ve been using the switches and one of them is stuck in the on position (down). Is there a way to fix it? TIA

I had the same issue, the set is just about 4 months old. The switch wasn’t feeling right from the start. Today I took it apart, cleaned it and found that one part was manufactured upside down (according to the drawing inside the manual). Placed it like the manual and it works correctly now (still feels a bit flimsy).
I had the same situation. The part with the teeth that actually stops the sprocket was upside down according to the manual illustration. After opening up the Switch and flipping that part, it worked perfectly.
