Just arrived at challenge 31 but the capacitor only partially charges. Is this normal or should it fully charge? ie is the capacitor faulty?

When you say it only partially charges, what value is the capacitor giving?
The battery is ~6 spinVolts, so for Challenge #31, you should see a value around 6 (note that due to some internal resistances inherent in the Spintronic parts, you may not see a full 6 spinVolts). If you are seeing less than ~6 spinVolts, what happens if you tap the top of the capacitor gently?
